Information on the processing of your personal data

Plasser & Theurer’s Tamping Game enables you to operate a tamping machine using your mobile device. You collect points and you can achieve the high-score, which will be shown in the ranking.
Protecting your personal data is a major concern to us. Please take a moment to read the following information on data processing:
Processing and using your personal data
To allow you to play our Tamping Game and collect, achieve and see points and high scores, we process your user name (nick name), a unique player ID and player information (e.g. points of experience, date of the last play, creation date of the account and IP address).
Duration of storage / deletion
We store your personal data for as long as you are registered with the Tamping Game. After that, your data will be deleted as quickly as possible, within 6 months at the latest.
Data transfer
The best 20 Tamping Game high scores and user names (nick names) can be seen by all players. This allows you to compare your performance in the game with other players.
As a matter of principle, we do not transfer your data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to export@plassertheurer.com. In the event that such a revocation shall be made, the Tamping Game can no longer be used. In addition, you have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact us if you wish to use your rights.
If you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria the competent supervisory authority is the Data Protection Authority [Datenschutzbehörde].
